Bring it!

 

I started the P90x program after a rigorous 30 day running process where I was able to run only 80 meters continuously to running over 8km by the end of the month. I then started P90x one of the most intense things I have done in my life so far. It’s not even the individual exercise that is hard but, the consistency to do it for over 90 consecutive days by yourself. It was a tremendous experience that really reinvented my self-confidence, willpower and my general positive view of the world. I lost close to 45 pounds and build over 15 pounds of muscle, and all I had to do was to bring it every day for 90 days! Check out the blog article i wrote about my experience.
